Tofuku-ji temple is famous for its maple reaves. In autumn its garden becomes all red, red, red. Of course too many people will come here in autumn, not quiet but you should come if you will be in autumn. In any other season there are not much people. But you should come here. Maple leaves are so beautiful light green. I think green Tofuku-ji temple is one of peaceful place in early summer Kyoto.
