25th November, there were brand new signs on Minamiza theater. We call these signs as’maneki kanban sign’. So putting on these signs is’maneki-age’. These signs are only for the special Kabuki play in December. Kyoto citizens can feel winter with watching the maneki signs. If you visit to Kyoto in this season, please go to Gion area and watch these maneki signs. You could feel traditional Japanese culture.
