Kiyomizu-dera temple is the world famous place. Why? I don’t know. But too many people come here everyday. We have to go up through a narrow street, too many people go through there, we couldn’t go up fast. But if there are not so many people there, you couldn’t go there fast because there are many attractive souvenir shops besides of there. You should stop at some of these shops.
Anyway you will reach Kiyomizu-dera temple. You will be on the stage of Kiyomizu. This famous stage is high, 12m from the ground level. You can see the beautiful scene from here, you should watch Kyoto tower. Don’t jump from this stage.
