Kitano tenman-gu is an old shrine in Kyoto. it was established in 947 to honour Michizane Sugawara, who was a famous politician. He was quite intelligent, so this shrine is believed as good shrine for study.
Tenjin-san market is held on 25th of every month here. This is the most popular flea market in Kyoto, you could find some nice antique dishes, kimono, or somethings.
