I visited Honmanji temple in this morning. This Honmanji temple is so famous for a gorgeous cherry blossoms. I’m checking the conditions of cherry blossoms in Kyoto almost everyday, so I decided I had to visit Honmanji temple today.
Wow! Real cherry blossoms of this temple was greater than I expected. One single tree had many branches, every branches had many blossoms for each, totally we could enjoy the one full lump of petals.
I visit here every years but only just in spring. This temple is little bit far from the center city area and not so famous for most of foreign travelers. But if you read this article and if you would visit to Kyoto from late March to early April, please visit to Honmanji temple. I recommend it to you!
