I went to Doumoto Insho Museum last Monday. Doumoto Insho is an artist of Kyoto. His art is modern and beautiful. This museum was his old house, and now it became a museum for his art.
It was so nice experience for me. After there I went to Chisyakuin temple. There are his art in the temple. We cannot watch them always, but now the room of Doumoto Insho door paintings is open for public. I wanted to watch them. Of course we cannot take picture of them, so I put the picture of the ticket. But you could feel how modern and beautiful them. I think the temple Chisyakuin had a free mind to put such modern arts on their door inside of the main hall.
